Most helpful customer reviews 5 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Great Book, must have for designers. By Donald Marabell Thoroughly enjoyed the detailed analysis and derivation (with component parasitic resistances) of state equations for buck, boost, and buck-boost in both CCM and DCM. Great Job, look forward to release of additional volumes. It is clear that someone did significant matlab analysis, would be nice if matlab files were included. Would also be nice if author could be contacted with questions. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Very good book on power electronics By shelas sathyan Very good reference book. Detailed analysis of conventional PWM converters are given with its operation modes. Detailed mathematical derivation of each operation modes are given. This book also provide discussion of recently derived converters. Dynamic modeling of DC-DC converters are explained in detail. 1 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Amazon It is necessary rate it with one star minimum??!! By Nikki Cream The first thing I thought was...who is this guy? I goggled him and just scarce references, teacher somewhere in china (?), working in some switched caps with no apparent real application....seems that nowadays "like everyone else" can be "author" in power electronics. I stick with the classicals, Mohan, Rashid, Bose... I'll sell this book after I get a stand for my cat's sandbox. See all 3 customer reviews...
