Repetitive story with too many characters, IMO By Piper Okay, if you read my review of the first two books, fasten your seat belts!! I'm almost at a loss what to say. First book had 95 references to the 'petite blonde'. Book two had 121. Book three had only 10. Also the structure of the writing in book three changed dramatically. IMO, I'm really not sure the same person penned book three. I felt as though I read the same story over and over again ad nauseam. Somewhere in the middle was a part about Civil War, Eziquel, Natan (real name Natalie). Also in book one and two. Haven't a clue why it was in any of the books. Overall, believe it or not, the story was pretty good. There were so many characters though that I sometimes wished I had a cheat sheet since I forgot who they were on occasion. I also found it hard to believe that anyone could cheat death as many times as Sam did. Will I read the series again (and wait for book four).
