An authoritative resource on design thinking By Amazon Customer Through compiling and editing well-researched and well-written essays, Jon's built an authoritative resource for anyone in the business of improving technology products in the healthcare, medical, and bio/lifesciences industries. There is a lot here to chew on, and something for everybody. My biggest takeaway was how to draw on the principles of design and engineering to think about predicting future products and strategies for an increasingly complex landscape.
