Submit a signed Volunteer Agreement. 2. Go to the Russell County School Board Office and pay $36.00 for background check fees (see items #3 and #4). 3. Central Registry Release Form (Child Protective Services). The fee for this background check is $10.00—please note that this form must be signed by a notary. Be sure the form is filled out completely and mail to the address at the top of the form. 4. Go to the Russell County Sheriff’s Office for fingerprinting (Tuesday through Friday). The fee for the FBI fingerprint background check is $26.00. Be sure to show your paid receipt. 5. TB Risk Assessment Form (personal information and Sections I and II)—return to this office.
