To stress the importance of these two issues, we are also having you sign an additional agreement that states (1) you will not have pets, and (2) you will maintain your last month of rent in credit at Casa Mia Apartments until the last month of your occupancy.

NO PET AGREEMENT By signing this agreement I am stating that I will not keep an animal of any sort in or about my leased apartment. I understand that this means no animals are allowed, even if they are visiting for a short time. If for some reason I break this agreement, I understand that I will loose my full deposit, may incur additional charges, and will be evicted. There are no exceptions to the terms of this agreement. LAST MONTH OF RENT AGREEMENT By signing this agreement I am stating that I will not only pay my last month of rent in full, but that I will maintain that amount until my last month of residency at Casa Mia Apartments. If this amount falls below the full amount of your monthly rent, you could face eviction due to a violation of this contract. This amount must be paid in full within the first three months that I occupy the apartment.
