Period Duration

January 2017 – end of June 2019 Short-team (no specific requirement)

Subsidy per student - Only the direct cost resulted from the programme can be covered, e.g. airfare, ground transportation, accommodation, official meals, admission fee, etc. - Each student can receive MES subsidy ONCE.

Calculation of the subsidy amount - 50% of the total direct cost resulted from the programme; OR - The maximum amount of subsidy is HKD 3,000 (whichever cost is lower)

Reimbursement arrangement Necessary documents: - Summary (including student name, ID, programme, year of study, total expenditure, reimbursement amount) - Supporting documents, e.g. all the receipts, boarding pass (please stick them to the A4 size papers and with captions –sort by student names) - Submission time: 4 weeks after the trip
