Key messages
เมื่อวานนี้ราคาหุ ้น PLANB ลดลง 4.4% จากความกังวล ถึงผลของ dilution หลังจากที่บริ ษทั ประกาศแผนเพิ่มทุน แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เราไม่คิดว่าจะบริ ษทั จะเรี ยกเพิ่มทุน ก้อนใหญ่ในระยะสั้น เนื่องจาก i) ตามนโยบายของ บริ ษทั จะระดมทุนด้วยการกูก้ ่อน ซึ่ งยังมีโอกาสที่จะกู้ เพิ่มได้อีกมาก ii) บริ ษทั ยังไม่มีโครงการลงทุนขนาด ใหญ่รออยูใ่ นขณะนี้ และ iii) การเพิ่มทุนเกินกว่า 50% ของสิ นทรัพย์รวม (2.1 พันล้านบาท) ต้องขออนุมตั ิผถู ้ ือ หุ ้นก่อน ทั้งนี้เราปรับลดประมาณการกาไรของ PLANB ในปี 2561 เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้ าของบริ ษทั ซึ่ งส่ งผล ให้ราคาเป้ าหมายของเราลดลงเล็กน้อยจาก 7.90 บาท เหลือ 7.70 บาท ซึ่ งยังมี upside อีกถึง 17.6% ดังนั้น เรา จึงยังคงคาแนะนาซื้ อ PLANB

Event เราได้เข้าร่ วมประชุมทางโทรศัพท์กบั ผูบ้ ริ หารของ PLANB วานนี้ lmpact ราคาหุ้นร่ วง 4.4% หลังบริษทั ประกาศเพิม่ ทุน PLANB ประกาศจะขออนุมตั ิผถู้ ือหุ้นสาหรับการเพิ่มทุนตามแบบมอบอานาจทัว่ ไป (General Mandate GM) เพื่อรองรับการขยายธุรกิจในอนาคต โดยตั้งเป้ าจะออกหุ ้นใหม่ 1,058.8 ล้านหุ้น ซึ่งจะจัดสรร ให้กบั ทั้งผูถ้ ือหุ ้นเดิม (Right Offering) และนักลงทุนแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Private placement) ซึ่งหลังจาก ที่บริ ษทั ประกาศข่าวนี้ ออกมา หุ ้นตกลง 4.4% จากความกังวลเรื่ องผลของ dilution ที่จะเกิดกับ EPS ยังไม่ มีโครงการขนาดใหญ่ ในขณะนี้ และการเพิม่ ทุนก้อนใหญ่ กย็ งั ไม่ น่าจะเกิดขึน้ ในระยะสั้น เมื่อวานนี้ PLANB ประกาศว่าการขอ GM เป็ นการเตรี ยมการสาหรับโอกาสในอนาคตที่จะเข้าซื้ อกิจการ บริ ษทั สื่ อนอกบ้าน (OOH) เท่านั้น แต่บริ ษทั ยังไม่มีโครงการขนาดใหญ่ในขณะนี้ ยิง่ ไปกว่านั้น PLANB ยังยืนยันว่าในการเข้าซื้ อกิจการ ตามนโยบายของบริ ษทั นั้นจะเลือกใช้วิธีก่อหนี้ ก่อนการเพิ่มทุน ซึ่ งหาก พิจารณาจากเป้ าอัตราหนี้ สินต่อทุน (D/E) ของ PLANB ที่ 1.5x และส่วนทุนในปั จจุบนั ซึ่ งอยูท่ ี่ 3.2 พันล้านบาท หมายความว่าบริ ษทั ยังกูเ้ พิ่มได้อีก 4.2 พันล้านบาท ขณะเดียวกันแผนการใช้เงินในระยะ สั้นของ PLANB ประกอบด้วย i) การเข้าซื้ อหุ ้นเพิ่มอีก 8% ใน บจ. บางกอก เมโทร เน็ทเวิร์คส์ (BMN) ซึ่ งคาดว่าจะต้องใช้เงินประมาณ 100 ล้านบาท และ ii) CAPEX สาหรับ BMN อีกประมาณ 150 ล้านบาท นอกจากนี้บริ ษทั ยังต้องขออนุมตั ิจากผูถ้ ือหุ ้นก่อนที่จะระดมทุนเกินกว่า 50% ของสิ นทรัพย์รวม (หรื อ มากกว่า 2.1 พันล้านบาท) ปรับประมาณการ 2561 เพือ่ ให้ สอดคล้ องกับเป้าของบริษทั เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้ าหมายของบริ ษทั เราจึงปรับประมาณการกาไรปี 2561 โดยได้ปรับเพิ่ม สมมติฐานอัตราการใช้สื่อขึ้นจากเดิม 65% เป็ น 73% แต่ปรับลดสมมติฐานความสามารถในการให้ บริ หารลงจาก 5.0 พันล้านบาท เหลือ 4.7 พันล้านบาท รวมทั้งเพิ่มสัดส่ วนต้นทุน/ยอดขาย ขึ้นจากเดิม 60.7% เป็ น 60.9% ซึ่งหลังจากที่เราปรับสมมติฐานดังกล่าวแล้วทาให้ประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี 2561 ลดลงจากเดิม 3% เหลือ 680 ล้านบาท (+48% YoY) สาหรับในปี 2562 โดยคาดว่ากาไรจะโตได้ต่อเนื่ อง ราว 16% YoY จากความสามารถในการให้บริ หารที่คาดจะเพิ่มเป็ น 5.1 พันล้านบาท และอัตราการใช้สื่อ ที่เพิ่มเป็ น 74% Valuation and action ภายใต้ประมาณการใหม่ ทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายปี 2561 ของเราลดลงเล็กน้อยจาก 7.90 บาท เหลือ 7.70 บาท (PER ที่ 40x, PEG ที่ 0.71x) ดังนั้น เราจึงยังคงคาแนะนาซื้ อ PLANB Risks ยอดใช้จ่ายโฆษณาฟื้ นตัวช้าเกินคาด Key financials and valuations
