Please allow us to introduce our members, all of whom have a will to assist the needy

and the underpriveleged. First, our President, Mr Lawrence, a retired civil servant, now a Social Worker for many years. Next, our Vice President, a kind hearted restaurant owner, Mr. Peter TaitOur Treasurer, Mr. Peter lim, is a full time Social Worker, Ms Agnes Pragasam, a civil servant & mother, who spends her free time helping the needy. The rest of our members are Ms. Amy Kek, Agnes Lee,Helen Bana, Joan, Heleene, Michelle, Caleb Teoh, and our Advisor, Mr. Timothy, who handles most of the day today duties of taking the needy to the General Hospital, the State Welfare Department and monthly food , milk & Diaper distrribution. Our aim is to assist, single mothers, widows and very poor famiies, by helping them to register with, JKM, transport to GH( we are members of Sukarela GH), delivering monthly food rations & diapers, yearly School Uniforms and our annual 1' M'sia

X'mas Party' where we serve 'Halal Food', X'mas presents and present hampers to

the needy.

Below are pictures of some of the people we are assisting; We have to make many trips to the General Hospital, as those we help do not have or are unable to afford the transport costs. When their health is poor they become sad and begin to get depressed. As their health improves they become more positive and

are able work and improve their lives and some of them are able to become independent.

We also deliver food, milk and diapers to infants and bedridden adults every month.
