For a Reception to Support People for a Healthier Larimer County
People for a Healthier Larimer County supports an initiative to ensure a dedicated funding stream to build a 51,000square-foot detox and mental health facility to provide round-the-clock services. One in four Larimer County residents struggles every day with untreated mental illness and substance abuse disorders. The majority never receives treatment because in Larimer County, there are few choices in crisis. They can go to the emergency room, to detox at North Range Behavioral Health in Greeley, or jail. As a result, thousands of Larimer County residents continue to live in distress.
