Duties

TERMS AND CONDITIONS • I will be a Key Clubber in good standing and complete at least 50 hours of service. • I will communicate with my mentor at least once a week. • I will communicate effectively with committee members, advisors, executive officers, administrators, and the general membership. • I will conduct purposeful and well-planned monthly committee meetings. • I will attend all District Board Training Conferences and Meetings. • I will attend Leadership Team meetings and conference calls. • I will work with the committee to review, update, or propose changes to the district policies and bylaws if appropriate and provide education on policies and bylaws to the membership. • I will work with the committee to stay in contact with the International Trustee to give feedback that represents the interest of the CNH Members after viewing International Board meeting agendas and to gather information on international affairs. • I will work with the committee to oversee all aspects of the CNH Elections process • I will work with the committee to complete all directives as established by the Governor and the committee as well as strive to go above and beyond in my duties. • I will aide in providing convention materials, publications, and the registration site. • I will support the objects of the CNH District. • I will serve the position on behalf of the members to the best of my ability.

How do you plan to manage your time between school, family, friends, and your duties as a committee chair? 5] Of the three focuses (Policy, International Business, and Elections), choose two or three that you feel you are personally educated in handling. Give examples of experiences that represent your strength in these areas. What skills and knowledge do you have to offer? 6] By being able to focus solely on Policy, International Business, and Elections work, what new ideas do you have on ways that this committee can better serve and educate the members of the CNH District?

DESCRIPTION The Policy, International, and Elections Committee Chair will lead the committee that promotes the education of and adherence to all district policies and bylaws, disseminates and promotes the International business level of Key Club, and oversees the district elections process.
