Payqent 2.1 For each berth utilized by IRCTC, IRCTC shall pay the full fare plus 2 servicecharge.No concessionwhatsoevershall be aOmisiiUteon suchtour package ticket' Ticket for child, senior citizens,etc. shall also be issuedon full fare. The methodof arriving at the fare includingthe servicechargeand depositis illustratedin the annexure. 2-2 + lump sum _amountequivalentto the passengerfare including the above mentionedservicechargeas applicablefor the total bertls earmarkedplus a depositof 25Yothereonfor the first trip for eachcircuit shatl be taken at the tirne of earmarking the accommodation. This depositwill be refundedon completion of the currencyo? the particular value addedtour packages. 2.3 The list of namesof the touristsbookedalong with the other relevantdetails such as gender,age, etc. shall be given by IRCTC 48 hours before the scheduled departureof the train to the CCMPM as well as to the CRS/Chartingat the train originatingstation. Thesedetailsshall be incorporatedin the PRS da1afiase and also on the chart. 2.4 IRCTC in consultationwith CRIS and CCM/PM would evolvea procedurefor e-bookingof the earmarkedberthsby IRCTC. If bookingis donethroughe-ticketing, suitableprocedurewill be evolvedby IRCTC for adjusunentof fare as alptcaUle plus 25Yosewice charge for the berths booked by IRCTC for value added-tourpukug" 3guTtt the existingrolling lump sum depositthat IRCTC has beenmaintaining.rdth NorthernRailway. 3.0

Cancellatironof Tickets, Refunds& Other Snfeguards

3.1 Out df total berthsearmarkedfor this purposefor IRCTC, not more than20o/o of the earmarkedberths shall be pennitted for cancellation. No cancellationshall be permittedwithin 48 hows of the scheduleddepartureof the train. 3.2 The unutilized berths released by IRCTC to Railways 48 hours before scheduleddepartureof the trains shall be usedto updateTatkal waiting list followed I by generalwaiting list of that train. 3.3 In case of cancellation of the train/non attachmentof coach in which accommodationhas been earmarkedfor VAT packages,refund due to IRCTC as per provisionsof refundrules shallbe admissible. 3.4 The officers from IRCTC shall penonally verifu the additional featuresof VAT and also developa mechanismaboutthe responseof the customersfor the total packageand its long term life cycle value of the customer. 3.5

Theseshouldbe brandedtour packagesof IRCTC.

3-6 IRCTC shouldalsobe askedto undertakean aggressivecampaignduring lean period when most of the trains arevacant. 3.7
