Postdoctoral Fellow – Innovation Management and Competitive and Technological Intelligence JOB DESCRIPTION The School of Engineering and Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey invites applications for ONE Postdoctoral Fellow in the field of: Innovation Management and Competitive and Technological Intelligence within the Research Group with Strategic Focus in Advanced Manufacturing. The successful candidates will be engaged with research activities focused on strengthening the strategic planning of the innovation of products and services through the systemic analysis of the global environment, and will be working in close collaboration with Marisela Rodríguez Salvador, Researcher Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE •
PhD in Engineering, InformationTechnology, or related areas (preferably degree granted in 2012 or upwards)

Strong scientific production at least 3 JCR Journals Q1-Q2
•
Software skills
•
Excellent oral and writing skills in English. TOEFL >600
•
Results oriented
•
Autonomy, collaboration, commitment to goals, etc.
Compensation: •
Full-time one year, with possible extension to two years, depending on performance.

Starting date is flexible, however applications are encouraged to be submitted as soon as possible.
•
Competitive salary and benefits such as vacations, a saving fund membership,, discount allowances, IMSS social security, which amounts an additional income of approximately 20% of the base salary.

A one-year medical insurance policy (valid both in Mexico and abroad) is also paid.
