Flagships;  School to Work S2W (7 min)  Baltic University Programme (7 min)  Baltic Training Programme (7 min)  Baltic Sea Labour Forum (7 min)  Baltic Science Network (7 min) b. Emerging flagship;  BSR SMART LIFE (7 min) 4. Thematic discussions in five groups. Participants can choose two groups (90 min (45 min in each group))  Combatting early school leaving and improving transition from education to labour market  Improving quality of education and vocational training through work-based learning and fostering entrepreneurial mind-sets  International excellence in tertiary education, science and research  A labour market for all, using resources of longer lives  Recognising potential – easing the way for newly arrived refugees 5.
