Recruitment of Chief Executive Officer Applications are invited for the post of Chief Executive Officer the requirements are as below – 1) The Chief Executive officer Shall broadly have the following roles – The day to day management of the bank vests with CEO, he should be professionally competent to manage the working of the bank with reference to timely decision making, innovativeness, integrity, effectiveness of control and ability to maintain high level industrial relations. The CEO serves as a good leader in implementation of directors’ decision with support of the staff at H.O. and Branches. The CEO should devote himself/herself to day to day administration of the bank and development of its business within the framework laid down by bye-laws and policies laid down by the board of directors and guidelines issued by RBI time to time. The CEO should Server as effective link between the director’s on one hand and the bank’s customers and staff on the other. The CEO should responsible for safeguarding the interest of the depositors and preventing fraud etc.

2) Age – 45 to 60 Years

3) Educational qualification – M.Com, CAIIB/CA and Similarly, recent and updated knowledge of computerization is essential.

4) Experience – 10 years consecutive experience as Chief Executive Officer or Top Management officer in Nationalized/Private/Co-Operative Bank.

5) Salary – Negotiable - depends upon the qualification, experience etc. however candidate should mention expectation of salary in application.
