Print Ordering Tips, Tricks and Info
Please call x5080 or email desmith with any questions.
Choose Quick Print if you need 20# white paper with minimal bindery selections.
If your paper choice is 20# white there is no need to select a paper, 20# white is the default if no paper is selected.
If stapling is needed you do not have to select collated or uncollated. All staple orders are automatically collated.
If an order is multiple images on a sheet and needs cutting, the Quantity Needed should be how many copies needed before cutting. (300 finished copies, 2 images on sheet = 150 Quantity Needed or 300 finished copies, 4 images on sheet = 75 Quantity Needed).
You can upload six files per order. If you have several print jobs with the same specifications, you can place them all in one order. Total all the pages in each file together for the Number of Originals count.
If you upload a Google doc share the file with
[email protected]
When scanning and naming hard copy, put the page count at the end of your file name for reference for Number of Originals.
Hard copy is scanned and placed in a shared Google Drive folder. If you should have scanned files and have not received an invitation to a shared folder please contact the Print Shop, x5080 or email desmith. Dated material and Bridges are not usually scanned.
When sending in Hard Copy, there is no need to print out the order(s). Instead, attach a note with the order number, your name and school.
When reordering an old order where hard copy was scanned, please put the old order number in the additional instructions. I can use the scanned file from the shared Google Drive folder. Not all orders were scanned at the start of school due to the large volume of orders.
Orders marked complete after 9:00am will be delivered the next day.
Stapled sets are counted out by hand and when the print shop is busy the grouped sets will not be counted. Sorry for the inconvenience, the print shop is hardly ever slow. Again, please call or email with any questions, I’m here to help. Thanks, Dawn x5080 or
