Sub:- Mid Day Meal Scheme – Providing of Rs.500/- extra for Cook cum Helper for maintaining toilets from the RVM Grant – Instructions – Reg. *** All the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby requested to instruct the HMs of the schools to entrust the work of maintaining toilets in their schools to the Cook cum Helper engaged for Mid Day Meal Scheme and pay an extra amount of Rs.500/- to the Cook cum Helper from the amount of RVM School/ Maintenance Grant available with the schools. In schools where more than one CCH is working, the senior most CCH will be paid Rs.500/- for this extra work. They shall clean the toilets twice daily and keep the toilets clean.
