In reference 2nd and 3'd cited, the Govt. have issued clear instructions to all the Govt Departments/Govt Undeftakings to extend cooperation to the Vigilance and Enforce department by making over records/sparing the services of personal as requested by the agency in the matter of conducting enquiries/investigations etc,. In this connection, the Vigilance& Enforcement is conducting an enquiry on payment of Profession Tax by Un Aided Educational Institutions in this district. After conducting of enquiry they have identified that the private schools existing in this district are not paying P.Tax payable under AP Tax on Professions, Trades, and Employments Act,t987. Accordingly the reference evaded P.Tax for the years from 2010-11 to 2014-15 by the private schools existing in prakasam district as follows.

In view of the above, all the managements of the Primary, UP and HS of Un Aided educational institutions in the district are here by instructed that they shall pay the Profession Tax Rs.2500/- per anum as per the details mentioned above year wise to the following Head of Account. Fufther, they are also informed that No P.R and ETR will be granted without payment of P.T by the managements concerned in which the schools were established during the academic year 2010-11 and all pending arrears have to be credited into Government account and submit compliance without fail.

This item of work shall be treated as most urgerd and instructions should follow scrupulously.
