Public Notice Notice of Availability of the Draft Clean-Up Grant Application For Old City Hall North Mobile, Alabama Interested persons are hereby notified that the City of Mobile is applying for an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Clean-up Grant to assist the City of Mobile to assist in the environmental remediation of Old City Hall North located at 350 St Joseph Street, Mobile, Alabama, 36602. The grant application includes the draft ABCA, which summarizes the purpose and need, alternatives, affected environment, and potential environmental consequences for the proposed action. The Draft Grant Proposal may be reviewed and copied at the following location: Ben May Branch- Mobile Public Library 701 Government Street Mobile, Alabama 36602 Public comments will be received until December 15, 2016 and the Grant proposal will be submitted to EPA on December 22, 2016.
