Release Retrospective A Release Retrospective is Team's reflection on the the release that just completed. It is a forum for team to inspect and adapt with regards to people, relationships, process, and tools seeking to identify and implement improvements to the way the Team does its work. During Release retro, we not only focus on process, but also look at people and product aspects of the project. One of the key output of the release retros is to identify and capture risks (esp. with the upcoming release.) These retros are covering a longer duration, thus a few of hours of preparation time can really make the retro more productive.
