Quality Agent’s work Expectation Letter (FULL TIME AGENT) The work expectations for my financial year _______ for QA at MUQMEEN GROUP shall include the followings: 1.

I will come to the office and attend Weekly Morning Meeting schedule on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8.30 am.

2.

I will meet my manager or captain on weekly basis to review my weekly activities (Weekly Activity Report or Vital Behavior) of the previous day activities

3.

I will be in the office to make a minimum of 30 phone calls to prospects from 9.30 am to 10.30 am to get appointments.

4.

I must leave the office by 11.00 am to attend appointments or do cold calling, direct approach, prospecting and sales activities.

5.

I will arrange with my manager or senior agents to be in a joint fieldwork as an observer in a presentation session with the prospect.

6.

I will attend the Agent Planning Workshop, Quarterly Review Workshop, Monthly Agency Meeting, Weekly Synergistic Business Unit Meeting, and any other meetings or activities organized by the agency.

7.

I will complete my Pru Power Sprint, Basic Takaful and other relevant product trainings deemed necessary and important to the agency.

8.

I will complete the RFP Module 1 and Module 2 courses within 3 years from the contracted date and/or leadership or business training as advised by the Agency.

9.

I will complete the 30hrs compulsory training provided by the company (minimum 30 CPD hours) as outlined by the agency.

10. I will adhere and follow the existing operating system and procedures adopted by the agency. 11. I am committed to achieved my minimum goal of 225,000 TPC in one full financial year (minimum performance of 112,500 TPC in the first 6 months of the business year) and maintain 90% persistency of the 1st year business block. 12. I am committed to pay in total RM 60 per month (Management Fee RM 50 and Muqmeen Agent & Community Club (MACC) Fee RM 10. This fund will be used for business operation and shared office facilities.
