19  ANNUAL TWO DAY SPORTING  CLAY SHOOT

PRE‐NOMINATION ONLY WITH LIMITED NUMBERS   100 Target Sporting Sat & Sun – 7.30AM Start   Grading on the course each day.   O/A, AA, A, B, C Grades 1st, 2nd & 3rd each day   Overall Rod Prior Memorial Trophy, High Gun Sash and Prize   AA, A, B, C High Gun Sash & Prize   Ladies, Junior, Veteran and Super Veteran High Gun Sash and Prize      NOMINATIONS $70 for one day, $135 for two days  Veterans (60+) and Super Veterans (70+) and Ladies $60 for one day, $115 for two days  Juniors $35 for one day, $65 for two days.     Pre‐Nom for both days to go into the draw to win free nominations for 2017.   Pre‐noms will NOT be accepted without payment, and will NOT be refunded:   exceptional circumstances will be considered.     PLEASE SEND PRE‐NOMS IN SQUADS OF NO MORE THAN SIX SHOOTERS,      OR WE CAN SQUAD YOU. Nominations will close at 35 full squads.   

 There will be two 25 target courses in operation.   A practice shoot will be held on Friday 22nd from 1 till 4pm  The committee reserves the right to alter the program if necessary. 

   

 The club grounds are situated 15km East of Quirindi on Seven Creeks Road in a bush setting,   with facilities in place for camping (hot showers and septic toilets)     Canteen operating for meals from Breakfast Saturday till after lunch Sunday.   2 course meal available Saturday night.  $15 per person. To assist caterers please  Indicate numbers by completing details on Nomination Form  SMALL FIRES ARE PERMITTED (UNLESS TOTAL BAN).  WOOD AVAILABLE AS PER PREVIOUS YEARS.  For further information, ring John Hosking, Jo Cameron, or for squadding, Gwen Benham on 0427255105.
