Your work location will be in Aurora, CO. We hope to welcome you as a member of the team, and believe you will be a tremendous addition to our group of dedicated professionals. This offer of employment is contingent upon successful upgrade of your clearances. Please review the following information as it confirms the details of our offer and outlines important information regarding your employment. 1. Salary: Your compensation will be $2,346.40 paid biweekly, which if annualized will be $61,006.40. 2. Benefits: You will be eligible to participate in Company sponsored benefit plans consistent with the requirements of the plans. The plans include medical, dental, group life and disability benefits. You will be subject to any contributions generally required of employees for participation in these plans.  Paid Time Off ("PTO"): Raytheon's PTO benefit is a time-off plan that combines vacation, sick and personal days in one flexible pool of time available to meet the needs of eligible employees. Your PTO during the current calendar year will be prorated based on your start date. 3. Minimum Conditions of Employment: This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of the following conditions:  Employment Application: You must complete the on-line Raytheon Employment Application which was sent to you by HireRight. Please note that any falsification or misrepresentation of any item on this application will result in revocation of this contingent offer or in the event that employment has begun, disciplinary action up to and including discharge.  Medical Requirements: You must meet the medical requirements for the position being offered as determined by a pre-employment medical screening. You must also meet any medical screening requirements established by the customer. If the medical screening

information demonstrates that you cannot perform the essential functions of your position with or without reasonable accommodation, or there is a direct threat to the health and safety of yourself or others, this offer may be withdrawn.  Pre-Employment Drug Test: HireRight will conduct a pre-employment drug test to determine the presence of illegal drugs in your system. Upon your written acceptance, you will receive an e-mail from HireRight to create an ePassport (electronic chain of custody) and instructions on where to go to perform your drug test. You must take your drug test within seventy-two (72) business hours (3 days) upon receipt of an email from HireRight to create an ePassport (electronic chain of custody). If you fail to pass the Company’s drug test, this offer of employment will be withdrawn. Please be aware that the use of marijuana is not legal under federal law for any purpose, including medical.  Background Check: HireRight will conduct a background check, including a criminal records check, based on the information you provide on your Application for Employment. Successful completion of a background check is required before you begin employment. The background check requirement may be waived for candidates possessing an active Secret security clearance, as verified by Raytheon Security.  Post Government Review: Raytheon must review and resolve any potential issues in order to identify, avoid, and mitigate any potential or apparent conflict of interest in the hiring process and subsequent employment of former Government employees.  Security Clearance: This position requires the issuance or maintenance of certain

security clearances and/or accesses. Your employment shall commence not later than 30 days after the granting of your eligibility for a personnel security clearance. This position is contingent on you receiving a final clearance within a reasonable period after the start of your employment. Failure to receive a final clearance may result in separation of employment.  Verification of Eligibility to Work in the United States: In accordance with federal law which requires you to verify your eligibility to work in the United States, you will receive a separate email directing you to complete an on-line Employment Eligibility Verification: Employee I-9 Information Form from HireRight. Please carefully read the instructions and complete and submit this form at your earliest opportunity, but prior to your start date. You will be asked to verify your information and electronically sign the document. You will then see an acknowledgement that you have submitted the form. This acknowledgement will also contain a reminder for you to bring your supporting document(s) with you on your first day of work.  Orientation: You will receive an e-mail from Raytheon On-boarding with the subject line “Welcome to On-boarding at Raytheon”. RedCarpet is an online tool that will guide you through the onboarding process and one of your tasks will be to review and acknowledge key Raytheon Policies and Procedures by electronically signing on the on-boarding system. You will need to complete this task before your start date.

You should wait until we inform you of the results of the medical screening and background check before notifying your current employer of your decision to terminate your employment or taking any steps to sell your home, relocate, or otherwise change your current personal situation. By executing this letter, you represent and warrant to Raytheon that you are not currently subject to any express or implied contractual obligations or limitations to any of your current or former employers including any non-competition, non-solicitation, or any other agreement or understanding, except for those which you have previously disclosed and provided copies to me, prior to the date of the execution of this letter. This letter outlines the major terms and conditions of your employment. Please note, this is not a contract of employment or a promise of employment for any specific period. Nothing in this letter or in the Company’s attachments are intended to alter the “at-will” nature of your employment. Because you are an “at-will” employee, both you and the Company may end the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, with or without cause or notice.
