1. Slice apple into 4 equal sized rings. Place apple rings in a single layer in the base of the MicroProTM Grill; place cover on apples in the grilling position. Microwave on high power 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; set aside. 2. In a small bowl, stir together oats, walnuts, dates, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and butter until well combined. Spoon mixture into the center of each apple ring and gently press filling with the back of spoon. Spoon remaining mixture evenly over each apple. 3. Place MicroProTM Grill cover on top of apples in the grilling position; microwave on high power 3 minutes more. Remove from microwave, serve warm.
