Credit Card Decline Fee Is $10.00 Per Transaction & Return Check Fee is $30.00 When An Event Is Purchased, If A Cancellation Is Requested After 7 Days of Purchasing an Event No Refunds or Show Replacement Will Be Given. If A Vendor Requests To Be Transferred To Another Show A $30.00 Re-Booking Fee Will Be Charged To The Vendor. By signing this event registration form you are agreeing to all terms outlined and are committing to being present at the event in its entirety. Leaving an event prior to the end, compromises the integrity of the event, imposes an unnecessary burden & break in patron flow on surrounding vendors, disrupts the events logistics & setup, and will result in an Automatic $50 Breach of Agreement Fee charged to the vendors credit card, or if initial payment was made by check or cash, an invoice will be sent to the vendor with Payment Due Upon Receipt,. Vendor non-compliance with any aspect of terms outlined on both this registration form, as well as, within the E-Pack that will be sent to vendors prior to events, will jeopardize vendor participation at any future events, and will be at the discretion of EMS.
