Hill This is a great book, but make sure that if you purchase it that you also get Reliability Evaluation of Engineering Systems: Concepts and Techniques by the same authors. This is really the second of a 2 part series, and refers back to Engineering Systems for all of the math, providing specific examples for the power system in this book. I'm working on a project investigating reliability of various networks within the electric power system, and the two books by Billinton and Allan are the best I've seen on the subject. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
