For providers using LeadCare II machines Download Magellan's LeadCare II Colorado-specific LeadCare Reporting Software and User's Guide located at:http://www.leadcare2.com/Product-Support/Reporting-Solutions Submit the results using the format described in the Colorado Reporting Softwares User's Guide to CDPHE via the following method: Go to Colorado's Secure Email Portal located at: https://web1.zixmail.net/s/welcome.jsp?b=stateofcolorado Create an account and email the lead test results through the Secure Email Portal to: [email protected] If you are unable to use the LeadCare II Colorado Specific Reporting Software, but are still interested in submitting results electronically, please contact CDPHE's Lead Program: [email protected] or call 303-692-2708
