Visit Estes Park will contact the requestor with a list of available documents and a cost estimate. o
1.) The Needs Assessment that was used in identifying key elements in the selection process from Mountain States Employers Council’s consultant Rick Mack in regards to the CEO selection process (April 2014).
The District does not maintain a record that is responsive to this request. o
2.) All emails sent or received by the Visit Estes Park Board in regards to the interview and selection of the new President and CEO of Visit Estes Park, which reference any of the following (1) Bill Almond (2) Mountain States Employers Council’s consultant Rick Mack, (3) Jon Nicholas, (4) Adam Shake, (5) Lindsay Lamson, (6) Chris Wood, (7) Scott Webermeire, (8) Lynette Lott, and (9) Elizabeth Fogarty.
Due to the fact that the District does not maintain a single email server for its current or former board members, each individual must search their personal emails for potentially responsive documents. As this request encompasses a large category of documents that implicates multiple individuals, some being former board members, we are unable to complete the request within the three-day period. Pursuant to §24-72203(3)(b)(I), extenuating circumstances exist and we will respond to this portion of your request by Monday January 23, 2017. Furthermore, one of the current board members is out of the country with limited access to the internet and will not be able to finalize an email search until returning in Mid-February. If, upon returning, this board member discovers any responsive documents not already provided, the District will contact you with those results. o
3.) The board minutes from 5/6/2014, where the four finalists (Elizabeth Fogarty, Brooke Burnham, Jim Clark, and Ken Brengle), who were interviewed were discussed at length by the board.
There was no meeting of the District board on May 6, 2014. As a result, the District does not maintain a record that is responsive to this request. o
4.) Criteria and/or evaluations used by the VEP Board to rate each of the four finalists: Elizabeth Fogarty, Brooke Burnham, Jim Clark, and Ken Brengle. Include all other applicants rating as well. o TIME: 2 HOURS – First hour no charge. Cost: $30
