Your Honorable chief prosecutor; The reason for writing this letter to the criminal court of justice is as follows: My name is Mehran Tavakoli Keshe. I am nuclear Physicist and the director of Stichting Keshe Foundation in Netherlands (www.keshefoundation.org). If you refer to social media like www.facebook.com/mehrantavakolikeshe, I am considered an international public figure for my contribution to science and use of the technology for achieving world peace. I am the author of a number of books, which are translated to several languages and in some countries these books are considered as the breakthrough in space and energy, health and nano technology.

I have given all my intellectual rights, which include the development and patents applications, published and unpublished, to my Foundation. On my passing, according to the charter of my Foundation, all my rights go to a management team, which consists of three directors. One will be appointed by the United Nations, for its political and juridical vote, the second member will be chosen through the world religions collectively through the Universal house justice, the third member of the board will be from the scientific arm of the world, which will be a world renowned scientist, chosen by and agreed between the two other directors of the organisation. Therefore, the religious, political, and scientific members of the world population will have equal say in the future development and implication of this technology, which I have developed and given as a gift to humanity. I have developed new technologies, which are changing the word of science in a fundamental way and all our discoveries and developments were given to the world leaders and their nations in 2012. Our Foundation’s work is considered as one of frontline sciences, which can bring peace and knowledge for all, and it has been offered for free. The president of United States of America on his election day of the 6.11.2012, through his ambassador in Belgium, requested to receive the USB stick, which contains all the patents and reactor technology. The government of Brazil asked the Foundation a copy of the USB stick in 2013, and 7O% of the world population governments have received a copy of the full technology up to today. After giving time to the world's governments to study and evaluate the technology, on 15.3.2014 we released the content of the USB stick with all its patents and the blueprints of the reactors to the world population at large. These patents have been downloaded millions of times from the date of its release, and still are getting downloaded from servers by people every day around the world. In developing such a technology, we have created a number of enemies, and they will not fall short of assassinating and imprisoning my family and me, as we did not give our technology to them freely so that they could abuse it on the human race. As I have given all my knowledge and intellectual rights as gift to humanity, I have no more to give to these men of greed. In the past ten years, I have survived three assassination attempts, as well on my life as on my family, three exiles, 11 days of incarceration in airports in Canada, on the order of these people, and more. The reason for writing this letter and accompanying requests for indictment of those whom have brought all this misery to my life and other scientists like me, is that for the first time, the scientific world can find justice through the human right courts. 2

As scientists, we are legally weak, and mainly in the hand of the nations which we live in or do our research in, and they do what they like with us as they control the whole apparatus of the nation: the police, the judicial, the prisons, the intelligence and the murderers who finally do their dirty work if they do not get their hands on our scientific achievements. The reason for the actions of these men of greed is to get their hands on our life long hard work, for them to get financial benefits from it. Tyrant world leaders like Milosevic and others have done it to their nationals and others, as your criminal court has investigated and convicted, as they are in power in their nations, and they think that the hands of world justice will not cross their borders. They now cross borders to bring about the same pressure on scientists who have left their home to save their lives in exile, living as scientific exiles, and to get their hands on us, they create false documents and accusations, and make threats to anyone who is in their way. They falsify documents and create new kangaroo courts and police papers to give legitimacy to their work, and always use the name of the king and nation and president to cover their clandestine criminal activities under the cover of their national power. Stichting Keshe Foundation is a scientific organisation, and now its knowledge is fully shared with all of humanity. As we are spearheading the spread of new science, others like us and we became the new public scientific arm of the world population. We share our findings on a daily basis through the internet with the rest of the world. Me and our knowledge seekers teach daily, the knowledge seekers are my students who I am teaching the state-of-the art knowhow, to make everything on the edge science, for it to be known by all races and creeds on an equal basis, as my works and lectures are translated within days to several languages to make sure no one is left behind and abused as a result of their lack of knowledge of new sciences. Now I request from the United Nations protection arm of humanity, the International Criminal Court arm, to officially protect scientists, through protection by the United Nations, and its Court of Human Rights, and to declare crime against world scientists a crime against humanity. As scientists we have been, and are, assassinated, banished, imprisoned and threatened every day. As I explained I have personally stood ten years of this in the hand of criminal governments, organisations and individuals and security services, including the police force, and have every proof to show and demonstrate their actions against me and my family. I speak for myself and on behalf of the world's scientists, we think that these crimes against us scientists must end, that we who serve humanity, must no longer be the victims of criminal activities by these individuals and organisations in positions of power. Enough is enough. Therefore, we ask the legal arm of human race, the office of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court for the protection and investigation to these criminal 3

activities against us, and ask for full protection for me my family and the rest of the scientists in the scientific world. The International Criminal Court members are aware that scientists are killed on a daily basis by their governments and organisations, to get access to their intellectual property rights, or to stop them releasing new knowledge which is against their interest. The Criminal Court protects the children of Africa and the rest of the world through rule and judgment concerning crimes against humanity of rulers who abused and killed children. At the present, scientists do not even have the value of the children, to be protected like them from the hand of these tyrants, even though their works and developed technologies and medicine usually can be used to improve or save the life and protect the children of the world. Thus we are asking at least for the same rights as the rights of a child, and protection of world children by the international criminal court, if we are not important as men of science for humanity. So we are asking at least for the minimum, and at least be valued as a child, and be given the protection of the Human Criminal Court the same as a child, that we can deter these tyrants of governments and organisations and individuals to imprison and kill us like flies, if and when we do not collaborate or give our life's works freely to them. With this letter, and the request within it, I and the rest of scientists and future scientists, we request from the International Criminal Court of justice to accept crime against scientists as crime against humanity, and genocide, that we stop these people in their traces of criminality. As world scientists, as our nation or other nations close doors on us, with intimidations, false police documents and kangaroo courts, and force us to give up our intellectual rights to them, in one form or another. By false accusations they force a life time of work to be given to these criminal nations and governments, or to the people who have control in these governments. Once we leave their nation, they destroy our credibility to other nations, to force us to come back, to abuse us, imprison us, threaten us and force us to hand over our intellectual rights to these people. Most of these world leaders and heads of international organisations have the protection of their government to do so. I have been under such attacks for years and all have been documented and these are known internationally through the internet and the courts. I am sure the International Criminal Court of justice by now has received a number of requests to help my family and me.

I write not only in my name as a scientist, but also in the name of the new generation of scientists, who are devoting their lives to change humanity through new technologies. These new scientists are developing new technologies and they will be the new victims of these world leaders as they see us as an easy prey to become rich, as up to now no one has ever protected us. They are high sea bandits and pirates, in the clothes of kings and as head of international and national organisation, as others and we as Keshe Foundation have come across them in the past years. They all have international criminal records, but they have escaped capture by claiming protection, and they are falsely granted political protection or governmental protection, and members of these organisations share the benefit with the bosses and the leaders of the nations. This has become a new way for worlds leaders to become rich, by killing scientists and stealing their intellectual rights, or through falsely claiming scientists to be mentally-sick or to be against the national interest, or doing something wrong and god knows what false accusations. These criminal activities of world leaders and kings and minsters, heads of national and international organisations, within national securities and the police force, have to stop and have to stop now. My life is not important, to be here or not is not important, and as I have given all that mankind needs to start the process of world peace. I have given to man every knowledge I have, and I am teaching individuals and nations how to produce food and health systems to overcome most problems, we have created energy systems from water and salts, and its performance has been shown in public by other scientists. Now we are finalising the spaceship program, to produce lift and motion using gravitational forces without burning any fuel, as you can see reactors built by different individuals on all Keshe Foundation teaching groups, live stream, face book, and YouTube teaching channels around the world. There are other scientists who will bring more radical and revolutionary technologies in the coming years. Our lives have to be protected by an international organisation as the International Criminal Court, so that nations know that scientists and their works belongs to humanity, and not to one person and one nation, and that the human race as a whole is ready to take stand against these criminal activities, for the betterment of the human race in science, medicine and technology. Therefore, as my Foundation is owned by the world public, and it requests to from the court be recognised as one of the institutes which is accepted and can act for the protection of world scientists by the International Court of Justices to report injustice to the world scientists for the court to investigate their cases.

For this reason we put forward the first request to the court for the indictment of three individuals. They have abused their position, and managed to cover up their criminal activities behind a kingship, a head of and lawyers of the European Space Agency (ESA) and used the police force as men of law to cover-up murders and intimidations of the people, not in one nation, but now these criminal activities have crossed borders by these governments, organisations, police forces and individuals. As we have said before, we have solid proof for our claims and we are not making accusations. We need to be heard in the International Criminal Court and we need your protection from these men of evil. Therefore, Stichting the Keshe Foundation as a world organisation for scientists, requests from the court to issue indictment and bring to justice three individuals and organisations which are involved in these criminal activities of robbing the scientists from their work, with false accusations and misuse of their position and power, threatening to kill, and making false documents and information, and destroying scientific reports and evaluations of our work, to put pressure on scientists who do not give up their work to them or do not collaborate with them The loss of scientific knowledge by killing them is like killing innocent children, and is an act and crime against humanity. We as one of the scientific organisation arms of the human race, request from the juridical arm of this world, which is the International Criminal Court of justice, do as you have done with the dictators of the world, and as you brought them to justice in Den Haag. We request from your court to issue indictment and arrest warrant for these individuals mentioned below in this letter. Further we will supply you with the individuals and organisations, whom are involved in similar activities. We will release a copy of this letter and indictment request to the world population, for them to resend a copy to you for the start of proceedings against these criminals and their activities, which now have become internationally organised criminal gangs, through sharing the riches and taking control of the scientific world. As scientists we are not wise to criminal laws and the right wordings and presentation for cases like this, thus we request the court to assign experts, whom are at your disposal to set the legal form and frame work and request for start of the investigation and proceedings against these individuals, organisations and leaders of governments. As scientists, our knowledge, helps you and your families, when you have cancer or when you need new technologies for your home. Now it is time for the human race to mature and protect and support its scientists, the way you protect the children and other layers of the world community from the tyranny of their leaders and rulers, and those who work in their framework.

If a scientist is killed and his knowledge in the field of let's say medicine is halted by these criminals, then the remedy which is not developed to help a child, leads to the death of a child, so the crime against the scientist by killing him, led to death of the child. So as it is a heinous crime to kill a child by a gun, so it is the same to deprive him and killing him through not allowing the science of a scientist to reach him to save his life by killing the scientist too. Therefore, with this letter, we ask crimes against scientists to be a recognised as crime against humanity, and we demand from today that the International Criminal Court accepts the applications by scientists, as his knowledge know no borders, and it befits all of mankind the same. So a crime against a scientist is a crime against the whole of the mankind and not just in one nation or race. Therefore I request on behalf of my Stichting the Keshe Foundation and its supporters around the world, and other scientists around the world, that crimes against scientists be treated and judged and be accepted as crimes against humanity. To this effect, we ask and request for indictment of the three persons mentioned below, and expect to receive the confirmation of starting investigations and indictment against these individuals and also the government officials who support them to divert the cause of justice as an accessory to the same crime. All three names mentioned below have records of criminal activities, which they have been protected from by political or other national protection, to keep their files hidden from the public and they have received international protection for their criminal activities and have received government protection and internal police protection. All three have been directly involved in many cases of criminal activities and are using international court procedures in a false ways, to bring scientists and those who do not submit to their will to Belgium, to be imprisoned and to be killed accidently. The second person and third person in this list are well known for these activities and we can bring to court individuals whom are prepared to explain how they do their jobs. All three have cases, which have been covered up by governments and internal organisations, including murder, attempted murder, stealing and carrying making false documents to force their way. I am prepared to appear in front of a panel of judges to give evidence to all this, as I have been a victim of it, and with my family I had to go on exile in Italy in the last 12 months, not to be killed by these people mentioned below. To this effect, we request from the International Criminal Court - as we have no other nation or court to go to - to protect ourselves from these criminals, and to appoint lawyers, which set our case against these criminals correctly, and start the 7

criminal investigation and indictment of these people, by removing from them their political and diplomatic protection. People around the world will watch your investigation into this matter, and this case will set an example for future help and protection of world scientists. These are not allegations, but we can prove every single case and how they are to benefit from all these criminalities. We request the investigation to be done by your investigation people outside the continent of Europe as the intimidation forces of these people is well rooted and established in the European continent.

Occupation: Lawyer, the assessor of the level of intelligence of scientists for the criminal organisations, and how and who needs to be eliminated by threatening the scientist directly and openly and now he is one of the directors of the European Space Agency ESA.

Third criminal: We are asking for indictment of the Belgian national: Name: Martin Delanoye

Occupation: He is Federal police officer in the district of Kortrijk in west Flanders in Belgium. An enforcer of crimes in befit of the above two gentlemen and falsifier of documents and heavily involved in criminal threatening of witnesses and falsely using the police power, he is the organiser of murders of scientists and wealthy through criminal people in and outside the police force to kill and do what is needed in the false frame work of the federal police to achieve the whish’s of the other above two criminals.
