We, like many of you, are some of the lucky ones. Our farming career began with ERTL farm toys, with expansions to the farm every birthday and Christmas. Our ERTL farm was diverse with commercial cattle and grain, just like Dad. If Dad was seeding, we were busy seeding into the carpet of our bedroom. When Dad weaned cows, we made sure our calves were weaned off, too. However, we didn’t have any registered cattle on our first toy farm. Registered Red Angus were added later, and now Ressler Land & Cattle happily invites you to our second annual production sale. We’ve been really impressed with this group of bulls. These bulls were calved in late spring on pasture, which will make them virgin two-year-old bulls at delivery in May of 2018. They’ve been run on grass from May 15 to September 2, and their performance and docility have been excellent. We take great pride in ensuring our animals will be ready and able to do the job needed of them when they arrive at your facilities, and you can expect the same soundness and longevity that you’ve relied upon from our program. All bulls offered in the sale are guaranteed to breed. We encourage all buyers to keep the bulls at our farm after the sale to continue their feed ration and to be semen tested prior to delivery. This will be at no additional cost to the buyer. It is of the utmost importance to us that these bulls are guaranteed to breed when they are delivered to your farm.

A video auction will be held at the farm broadcasted by DV Auction. These videos will be used to sell the animals instead of running them through the ring.
INSPECTION OF CATTLE:
We welcome visitors to our farm any time. The animals for sale will be on display all day on January 14, 2018 for your viewing.
BREEDING GUARANTEE:
All bulls are guaranteed breeders for the first season defined as 90 days following turn out of the bull. Breeding soundness exams will be done prior to delivery in the spring by Dr. Jerry Kitto, DVM. There is no guarantee on their semen freezing. All heifers are guaranteed bred, but does not guarantee a live calf. Breeding soundness is of the utmost importance to us, and we stand behind our animals. We will assist all purchasers in the event of any problems.
SEMEN INTEREST:
ULTRASOUND DATA:
All bulls had carcass data collected via ultrasound by Jason McLennan. Data was adjusted to 365 days of age.
FREEZE BRANDS:
All bulls are freeze branded on their left hip with their tattoo number.
INSURANCE:
We encourage all buyers to obtain insurance for their animals purchased. Insurance will be available at the sale. The buyer assumes full liability of death or injury to his/her animal following the sale. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. Announcements made at the day of the sale will take precedence. All people attending the sale do so at their own risk. Ressler Land and Cattle will not assume liability of any accidents or injuries that occur at the farm.
TERMS:
Terms are cash or check the day of the sale. Cattle will not be released from the farm until payment is received in full.

LIABILITY:
Ressler Land and Cattle will retain 1/3 semen interest on all bulls purchased. Buyers will have full possession and salvage rights of the bulls. We offer free delivery of all animals within ND and to the surrounding states. Any cattle being transported internationally will have delivery arranged by RLC at the buyers’ expense.

SALE FACILITY:
The sale will be held in a heated barn with indoor portable toilets available. The barn is handicap accessible.
HEALTH:
All bulls and heifers are in good health and have been vaccinated using the Select Vac Program. All cows tested negative for Jhonnes. Prior to delivery, all bulls will be vaccinated with Bovi-Shield Gold FP 5VL5 and poured with Dectomax.
