Negative marks will be given for exceeding time limit. Judges decision will be final and binding. For increased transparency, marks given to the participant at the end of his/her performance will be displayed on the screen on the spot No participant or guest shall approach the judges in case of any disagreement with the process or results. The participants will be given separate bands for each event he/she is participating in. The participant should wear appropriate badge/band for the event. Two or more Clubs can join together for PAIR and Group categories. There will be NO relaxation on participation based on age groups. (Age Groups for various Categories are given in the Registration Form). Age will be calculated with reference to participant’s DOB as at 21 Nov 2015. President and Secretary of the respective Club have to sign the Registration Form as a token of verification of details mentioned therein including age of participants. Participants should realise that by coming late or asking to be accommodated early, they are showing disrespect to the other participants (who are as busy as they are), throwing the Organisers in disarray and confusing the judges. The schedule for performance in each category will be intimated to the Club Presidents in advance. The participants must perform during the allotted time slot for each category. In case of no show or late reporting, the participant maybe disqualified. Requests for early performance will be considered only for very exceptional cases. Since this is a platform for amateurs to showcase their talent, we request the professional performers among the Rotary family to refrain from participating. This is only a request and not a rule. For us, all the Rotarians are equal.

Indian Dance Only Elimination & Finals for Indian Dance Category. No Semi-Finals Maximum time allowed is 3 minutes.

c. The dance should be based on any Indian music including fusion music. Pure classical dance will NOT be eligible for this category. d. The same dance may be performed in Elimination Round and Finals. e. f.

All participants MUST carry a CD in MP3 or audio format containing ONLY the track used for the dance. The CD must be marked with the name of the participant and Club’s name.

The judging will be based on

i. Rhythm: ii. Expression iii. Song selection iv. Costumes v. Over all presentation h. A warning bell will be sounded after 2½ minutes of performance and a final bell will be sounded at the end of allotted 3 minutes. The accompanying music will be stopped at this time. i. A dance participant can take part in maximum three categories.
