WHO WE ARE

RevolutionConf is a two-day, platform and language agnostic, software development conference being held on May 17-18, 2018. We’re heading back to the beautiful Wyndham at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. With 15,000 SF of conference space and multiple breakout rooms on the world famous North End of Virginia Beach, VA. We are hosting talks from national and international thought leaders on topics that range the gamut of the software development and emerging IT fields. RevolutionConf is organized and supported by the board members of RevolutionVA, a 501c3 nonprofit based in Chesapeake, VA. The goal of RevolutionVA is to unite software developers in the mid-Atlantic region through conferences, and career and learning opportunities.

The luau is the premier event of the conference. Thursday evening we’ll be taking over the Wyndham Virginia Beach Hotel’s private patio overlooking the beach for a RevolutionConf dinner for attendees, staff, and sponsors. The dinner will include luau-style food and beverages right on the Atlantic ocean. The Luau sponsor will have their logo prominently displayed on all luau signs and posters and will have the opportunity to greet and network with conference attendees.

VIDEO RECORDING

Helps cover the cost of video recording of speaker sessions, workshops, and keynotes at RevolutionConf. Sponsor’s logo will be placed at the beginning of each video, as well as a 10 second outro introducing your company and offering. Videos will be provided to each attendee after the conference, as well as to each speaker with encouragement to distribute to their audience. The videos will also be displayed on the RevolutionConf website, creating a growing library of previous talks.

CLOSING COCKTAIL PARTY

Friday evening we’ll wrap up the conference with snacks, cocktails, music, and lots of fun and socializing for attendees, staff, and sponsors. The cocktail party sponsor will have the opportunity to address attendees during the event and their logo will be prominently displayed on all party signs and posters.

Wednesday evening we’ll be having a special private dinner and cocktail party at a local venue just for RevolutionConf speakers, staff, and the VIP Dinner sponsor. The VIP Dinner sponsor will be the only sponsor on site for this event with full access to conference speakers. The sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on all VIP Dinner signs and posters.

Terms and Conditions RevolutionConf is a conference organized, managed, and run by RevolutionVA - a Virginia 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This agreement is between Sponsor and RevolutionVA in order for Sponsor to become an official sponsor of RevolutionConf and to be provided with the benefits of Sponsor’s selected sponsorship level. The Sponsor agrees that this fully executed agreement shall become a legally binding contract with payment due within 14 days of the execution date of this agreement. RevolutionVA will not begin marketing your organization until payment is received. Failure to make full payment by deadlines for marketing collateral (ex: printed material, t-shirts) will result in your company/organization not being included in that collateral. All sponsorship monies will still be owed regardless of Sponsor’s ability to provide payment and necessary information (ex: logo) by those deadlines. The undersigned hereby expressly represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of Sponsor. The undersigned also acknowledges that he or she has read, understands, and accepts the Sponsor Prospectus for the next upcoming RevolutionConf. Return this completed form with a check for the full amount payable to RevolutionVA, mailed to the below address. This completed agreement will serve as your invoice.
