A summer clinic to provide warranty service work at Stevens Point Area High School for their Dell Latitude E5420, E6400, E6410 and E3190 systems. Technician to triage the systems and then service them. Weekly completion reports in format provided by Dell PM. Coordinate with local points of contact (POC) to assist with parts receive confirmation, confirm progress of clinic, and escalate any process or quality issues to Dell PM, then sign off on systems completed.
