Mr. Rogers focuses his practice on the representation of special taxing districts, municipalities, urban renewal authorities, and the private development community. He has significant experience in the structuring and formation of special taxing districts to support commercial and residential real estate projects. Mr. Rogers also has broad experience in the representation of municipalities, serving as Deputy General Counsel to the Town of Timnath, and providing advice on specific projects for the City of Lone Tree. Mr. Rogers is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Individual Commendation Medal for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom II.
