Key messages

Event ประมาณ2Q60 และปรับประมาณการทั้งปี lmpact คาดว่ากาไรจะทรงตัว YoY แต่ ลดลง QoQ เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ ROBINS ใน 2Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 632 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 4% YoY แต่ลดลง 11% QoQ โดยเราคาดว่า SSSG จะติดลบหนักขึ้นเป็ น -6.0% จาก -4.4% ใน 1Q60 และ 0% ใน 2Q59 จากการ บริ โภคที่ยงั คงอ่อนแอ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิง่ ในต่างจังหวัด แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม การจัดแคมเปญ Greatest Grand Sale ซึ่งคาดว่าจะจัดนานกว่าปี ที่แล้ว บวกกับยอดขายของห้างใหม่ (มีการเปิ ดห้างใหม่ 5 แห่ ง YoY และอีกหนึ่งห้าง QoQ) ก็น่าจะช่วยลดแรงกดดันด้านยอดขายไปได้บา้ ง เราคาดว่าอัตรากาไรขั้นต้น (GPM) จะลดลง 15 bps YoY และ 26 bps QoQ เหลือ 25.0% จากการลดราคาสิ นค้าในแคมเปญ Greatest Grand Sale และการปรับสัดส่ วนสิ นค้า ถึงแม้วา่ รายได้จากยอดขายจะดูไม่น่าสนใจ แต่เราคาด ว่ารายได้จากค่าเช่าพื้นที่จะอยูท่ ี่ 802 ล้านบาท (+10% YoY, 0.5% QoQ) อิงจาก occupancy rate ที่ 98% คาดว่าผลการดาเนินงานจะดีขนึ้ ใน 2H60 เรามีมุมมองที่เป็ นบวกมากขึ้นกับแนวโน้มการฟื้ นตัวของการบริ โภคใน 2H60 และคาดว่ายอดขายของ บริ ษทั ก็น่าจะดีข้ ึนตามไปด้วย นอกจากนี้ ยอดขายสิ นค้า house brand ที่คาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นก็น่าจะช่วย หนุนให้ GPM ขยับสู งขึ้นด้วย ปรับลดประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2560-2561 ลง เราปรับลดประมาณการ SSSG ปี FY60 ลงเหลือ -2.0% จาก +3.0% หลังจากที่ SSSG ใน 1Q60 ติดลบที่ 4.4% และคาดว่าจะอยูท่ ี่ -6.0% ใน 2Q60 แต่จะค่อยๆ ดีข้ ึนเป็ น -2.0% ถึง 0% ใน 3Q60 และกลับมาเป็ น บวกที่ 3-5% ใน 4Q60 เรายังคงประมาณการ SSSG ปี 2561 ไว้ที่ 3.0% จากฐานที่ต่าในปี นี้ บวกกับ แนวโน้มการฟื้ นตัวอย่างต่อเนื่ องของการบริ โภค และการลงทุนภาครัฐ นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้ปรับลด ประมาณการ GPM ปี 2560-2561 ลง 10 bps เหลือ 25.2% และ 25.4% ตามลาดับ เพื่อสะท้อนถึงผลได้ที่ ลดลงจากการประหยัดต่อขนาด ดังนั้นเราจึงปรับลดประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี 2560 ลง 14.5% เหลือ 2.83 พันล้านบาท และปรับประมาณการกาไรปี 2561 ลง 15.7% เหลือ 3.26 พันล้านบาท Valuation & Action เราประเมินราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ไว้ที่ 67.00 บาท โดยรวมผลของการปรับลดประมาณการและการ ปรับลดอัตรา terminal growth เป็ น 2.5% จาก 4.0% แล้ว เราคาดว่าหุ ้นกลุ่มการพาณิ ชย์น่าจะโตได้ใน อัตราที่ต่ากว่าการเติบโตของประเทศเนื่ องจากอัตรา penetration อยูใ่ นระดับที่สูงแล้ว (นักเศรษฐศาสตร์ ของ KGI ประเมินอัตราการขยายตัวของ GDP ในระยะยาวที่ประมาณ 4.0%) นอกจากนี้ เรายังให้น้ าหนัก กับการขยายตลาดของธุรกิจค้าปลีกออนไลน์และการดึงยอดขายระหว่างสาขาเก่าและสาขาใหม่ ทั้งนี้ ราคาหุ ้นในปัจจุบนั ซื้ อขายอยูท่ ี่ระดับ PER ปี 25602-2561ที่ 22x และ 19x เมื่อเทียบกับหุ้นอื่นในกลุ่มที่ 26x-34x และ 19x-32x เรายังคงแนะนาให้ ซื้อ โดยราคาเป้ าหมายใหม่ของเรายังมี upside อีก 19.6% Risks เศรษฐกิจฟื้ นตัวช้ากว่าที่คาด Key financials and valuations Revenue (Btmn) Gross Profit (Btmn) EBIT (Btmn) Net Profit (Btmn) Normalized Profit (Btmn) EPS (Bt) DPS (Bt) EPS Growth (%) P/E (X) P/B (X) EV/EBITDA (X) Net Debt to Equity (%) Dividend Yield (%) Return on Average Equity (%)
