PRINTING A SUBSTITUTE ROSTER FROM TAC 1. Log into TAC 2. Select “List’ from the drop down Attendance drop down menu

3. Click on the Run Attendance Audit Report icon located in the top right corner of the Entry by List window

4. The Print Audit Report window will display. 5. Select the ‘Texas Audit Report’ radio button 6. Enter the appropriate start date in the Start Date field (mm/dd/yyyy) or click on the Calendar icon to choose the date 7. Enter the appropriate end date in the End Date Field (mm/dd/yyyy) or click on the Calendar icon to choose the date NOTE: Please ensure this roster is only printed for one day at a time as the same substitute may not be assigned to your classroom. Do not change the ‘Include Attendance’ drop down menu. 8. Click the Run button

9. Hover the mouse over the screen for the PDF icons to display 10. Click on the printer icon NOTE: Please instruct the substitute to enter an ‘A’ for student(s) who are absent and a ‘T’ for student(s) who are considered tardy. The substitute must sign the bottom of the report to attest the substitute took attendance for that class on that day and turn into the front office for input. This document is an auditable document and must be kept on file for any audits done by the TEA.
