Eligibility The competition is open for all the undergraduate students of KUET. Participants must compete as part of a team and every team must have a team leader and a team name. Each team will be recognized by its registered team name and registered team leader. Teams are comprised of up to 4 members from same or different universities. The leader must be chosen among the members of a team.

How many Rounds? Two rounds actually1. Qualifier Round (Only Line Following) 2. Final Round (Including Bridge & Wall, How about an obstacle?)
Token of Appreciation Three teams will earn the glory & will be rewarded as follows1. Champion 2. 1st Runner Up 3. 2nd Runner Up *Winner teams will get exciting prizes and certificate of Achievement. *Every participant will receive certificate from IEEE KUET SB. *Some things are better left unspoken.
Points Criterion? Points will be awarded for Checkpoint covered, speed, and various conditions.
Robot Specification Design: Robot must be a ground wheeled vehicle. Length: Maximum length is 20 cm Width: Maximum width is 20 cm Height: Maximum height is 20 cm Weight: 4 kg maximum Power: Maximum 24 volts on-board power supply The robot may be: Built from readymade chassis but no construction set such as LEGO or Meccano is allowed. Built from scratch by the participant. Each team has to bring its own power supply for robot. No additional equipment/parts will be supplied.

Final ARENA
Scoring Criteria No need to think of it much. Common scoring criteria will be applicable for all. But you should at least complete the line following track. So keep working. Additionally Auto Calibration feature will add 10 points Maximum Restarts – 7 times ( Points will be deducted) Your Bot shouldn’t take more than 8 minutes to traverse the arena.
Selection of Winner The winning team will be decided based on a common point system. The robot which obtains the maximum point among the participants will be the winner. If there is tie among teams, competition committee and judge will take the further decision to break the tie. There may be new test among teams to decide the final winning team.

Special Notes As long as the concept and fundamentals of the rules are observed, these rules shall be flexible enough to encompass the changes in the number of players and of the contest of matches. Modifications or abolitions of the rules can be made by the competition committee as long as they are published prior to the event, and are consistently maintained throughout the event. Participating teams are always responsible for the safety of their robots and are liable for any accidents caused by their team members or their robots.
