เราคาดว่า SAMART จะมีผลขาดทุนสุ ทธิ 105 ล้านบาท ใน 2Q60 จากที่มีผลกาไรสุ ทธิ 88 ล้านบาทใน 2Q59 และ 35 ล้านบาทใน 1Q60 โดยเราได้ปรับลดประมาณ การปี 2560-2561ของ SAMART ลงซึ่ งหลังจากการปรับ ประมาณการแล้ว เราคาดว่า SAMART จะมีผลขาดทุน สุ ทธิ 119 ล้านบาทในปี 2560 จากเดิมที่คาดว่าจะมีกาไร สุ ทธิ 344 ล้านบาท และคาดว่าจะมีกาไรสุ ทธิ 160 ล้าน บาทในปี 2561 จากเดิมที่คาดว่าจะมีกาไร 371 ล้านบาท โดยเราได้ขยับไปใช้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ที่ 14.90 บาท และปรับลดคาแนะนาจากซื้ อเป็ นถือ Trading data Mkt cap (Btbn/US$mn)

2Q17 earnings preview: Event คาดการณ์ผลประกอบการ 2Q60
lmpact ผลประกอบกำร 2Q60 จะถูกฉุดโดย SIM และธุรกิจลูกอืน่ ๆ เราคาดว่า SAMART จะมีผลขาดทุนสุทธิ 105 ล้านบาทใน 2Q60 จากที่มีผลกาไรสุ ทธิ 88 ล้านบาทใน 2Q59 และ 35 ล้านบาทใน 1Q60 โดยปัจจัยสาคัญที่กดดันผลประกอบการใน 2Q60 ได้แก่ i) การรับรู้ ผลขาดทุนจากธุรกิจขายเครื่ องมือถือ Samart I-Mobile (SIM.BK/SIM TB) 126 ล้านบาท ii) รับรู้กาไร จากธุรกิจโครงข่าย Samart Telcoms (SAMTEL.BK/SAMTEL TB) ลดลงเหลือ 39 ล้านบาท iii) ผล ขาดทุนจากธุรกิจอื่นๆ อีก 18 ล้านบาท ซึ่งสาเหตุหลักมาจากการบันทึกด้อยค่าของบริ ษทั ลูกในกัมพูชา (โรงไฟฟ้ า Kampot Power Plant-KPP) 100 ล้านบาท ยังคงมี downside จำก SIM อีก ถึงแม้วา่ SAMART จะพยายามปรับโครงสร้างธุรกิจของ SIM ด้วยการแตกไลน์ธุรกิจใหม่ๆ อย่างเช่น บริ การ trunk radio แต่เราก็ยงั ไม่เห็นความคืบหน้าของธุรกิจในกลุ่มนี้ ที่จะทาให้ SIM พลิกฟื้ นได้ในปี นี้ นอกจากนี้ เรามองว่า SAMART ยังมี downside อีกจากการที่ SIM อาจจะขาดทุนหนักกว่าที่คาดไว้ ทั้งนี้ เมื่อปลาย 1Q60 SIM มียอดลูกหนี้ คา้ งชาระที่เกิน 12 เดือนอยูร่ าว 2.5 พันล้านบาท (เท่ากับ 10% ของ สิ นทรัพย์รวมของ SAMART) และบางส่ วนจะอาจถูกบันทึกเป็ นหนี้ สูญในปี 2560 ปรับลดประมำณกำรกำไรปี 2560-2561 ลง หากผลประกอบการ 2Q60 ออกมาตามที่เราคาดไว้ก็จะทาให้ SAMART มีผลขาดทุนสุทธิ 69 ล้านบาท ใน 1H60 จากที่เราคาดว่าจะมีกาไรสุทธิ 344 ล้านบาทในปี 2560 ดังนั้น เราจึงปรับลดประมาณการกาไร ปี 2560-2561 ลง จากการ i) ปรับประมาณการผลขาดทุนของ SIM ในปี 2560 เป็ น 703 ล้านบาท จาก เดิมที่คาดขาดทุน 318 ล้านบาท และในปี 2561 เป็ นขาดทุน 578 ล้านบาทจากเดิมที่คาดจะขาดทุน 195 ล้านบาท ii) ปรับสมมติฐานมาร์ จิ้นของธุรกิจอื่นจากเดิม 10% เหลือแค่ 3% และ iii) รวมผลขาดทุนจาก การด้อยค่าของ KPP เข้าไว้ในประมาณการ ซึ่ งหลังจากการปรับประมาณการแล้ว เราคาดว่า SAMART จะมีผลขาดทุนสุทธิ 119 ล้านบาทในปี 2560 จากเดิมที่คาดว่าจะมีกาไรสุ ทธิ 344 ล้านบาท ส่วนปี 2561 คาดมีกาไรสุ ทธิ 160 ล้านบาท จากเดิมที่คาดว่าจะมีกาไร 371 ล้านบาท Valuation and action เมื่ออิงจากประมาณการใหม่ของเรา และปรับไปใช้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ที่ 14.90 บาท (วิธี Sum Of The Part ที่อิงจากราคาเป้ าหมายของ SAMTEL ที่ 15.10 บาท และของ SIM ที่ 0.60 บาท) เราจึงปรับ ลดคาแนะนาจากซื้ อเป็ นถือ โดยเรายังไม่ได้รวมธุรกิจใหม่ของ SAMART (พลังงาน) เข้าไว้ในประมาณ การและราคาเป้ าหมายของเรา Risks รายได้จาก SAMTEL ต่ากว่าที่คาด และรับรู ้ผลขาดทุนจาก SIM มากกว่าที่คาด Key financials and valuations
