San Carlos EDD office is moving to Menlo Park Sacramento – The Employment Development Department (EDD) is closing its office located at 550 Quarry Road, San Carlos and moving to a new location in Menlo Park at the expiration of their lease on 5 p.m., December 2, 2011. The new office's operation and staff, offering the same services as the current location, will open on December 5, 2011 at 8 a.m. at the new location.
