When you keep a glass of water on any Sanjeevini healing Card for 15 seconds or more, the Sanjeevini Card water is charged with the healing vibrations in the specific Card. During this time of Charging it is strongly recommended that we add the power of our own fervent prayers. You can charge the same water with several more relevant Sanjeevinis (depending on the symptoms and body parts affected) by placing the same glass of water on the relevant Sanjeevini Cards for 15 seconds (or more) each and praying. This Charged water is the Sanjeevini remedy to be taken as per suggested dosage. When you keep a glass of water on the Central Output circle of a Sanjeevini Combination Sheet (which is connected with all the Cards on the Sheet with lines) for one minute or more, the water is Charged with the healing vibrations embedded in all the Sanjeevini healing Cards on the Sheet. Every Sanjeevini Remedy acts like a Preventive Remedy when taken by a healthy person. The same remedy acts as a Curative Remedy when taken by a person who has developed symptoms of the disease.

Sleeve for protection from moisture, dust or crumpling. The plastic sleeve is available from any Stationery shop. Photocopies of the Combination Sheet in Black & White are fully effective. Step 2: Place a glass of water or a bottle of water or a jug of water on the Central Output Circle of the Combination Sheet which is connected with all the ten Sanjeevini Cards. The container can be of any material, glass, plastic, steel… and any shape or size. Please note that you can prepare your Sanjeevini remedy in different mediums like water, homeo globules, vibhuti. Water is the most convenient and popular medium.

Step 3: Leave the container with water on the Central circle (‘Output’) of the Combination Sheet for atleast one minute or more. The water in the container is now getting charged with the healing vibrations of all the Sanjeevini healing prayers on the Combination Sheet. Step 4: During this time of one minute or more please do add the power of your own fervent prayers offered with full faith in the Omnipresent and Omnipotent God. Chanting a Mantra or repeating a healing Affirmation or being in Silence during the charging process of one minute or more are powerful ways of deepening our connection with God as we pray for healing and protection from the depths of our heart. The Water in the Container is now charged with the divine healing vibrations embedded in all the Ten Sai Sanjeevini Healing Cards on the Combination Sheet, and also charged with the healing vibrations of your own fervent focused prayers. This Charged water is the subtle healing Sanjeevini Remedy for prevention and healing of Cold, Sinus, Sore Throat, Tonsillitis, Fevers & Flu, to be taken daily in the dosage suggested below.
What is one dose?
Dosage As a Preventive: 2 or 3 times a day. As a Curative: 6 to 9 times a day or more depending on the severity of the case. In Emergencies: a dose may be given as frequently as every 5 to 10 minutes.
A few drops or a sip of the charged water, or a gulp or a whole glass of charged water taken at a time is one dose. Dosage is determined by the time factor, rather than the quantity ingested. If you space out your intake of the Sanjeevini remedy over the day, that becomes your dosage. If you take the charged water at six different times in the day – then you have had six doses.
Any fear of Overdosing ? None at all. Since all Sai Sanjeevini remedies are healing vibrations of prayers, you can never overdose yourself with Sanjeevinis. Even if you take a dose every five minutes as a preventive, it will only help in improving and strengthening your inner healing power. It can never harm in any way.
How long should the Sanjeevini remedy be taken ? As a preventive – we can take it daily during the winter season when these diseases are highly prevalent. As a curative – During the illness and for 1 to 2 weeks after complete recovery.
