ADMISSION TO PREP CLASS 2018-19 GROUP INTERACTION OF CANDIDATES The list of the application forms which were found to satisfy the stated requirements is given here with a time table for group interaction on 24-25 Nov. The interaction session lasts about 30 minutes. The candidates should report at the Junior School 15 minutes before the indicated time. The Identification Card with the candidate’s photograph and form number issued from the school should be pinned on to the candidate’s shirt/ dress. The candidates only are allowed in the room for interaction which will be guided by the teachers. The presence of the parents is not compulsory. Any relative of the child may accompany him/her to school. Late comers will not be allowed to take part in the interaction. Note: We regret our inability to entertain requests for special consideration of any sort including a change of time of interaction. Efforts to influence the admission process in favour of a particular candidate (e.g. pairvi, threats, allurements, etc.) may result in his/her disqualification. Please note that the available seats are enough for just about a fourth of the candidates in the present list. Therefore, candidates failing to fulfil the requirements may not be included in the next list.
The list of candidates chosen for verification of documents will be announced along with the details of further procedures at 4:30 p.m. on December 2nd, 2017 at the school website www.sxshzb.org and at 9:30 a.m. on December 3rd on school bulletin boards.
