SEAFOOD SALAD

Recipe by: Meagan Viar Yields approximately 1 cup Ingredients: • • • • • • •

8 oz. package shredded imitation crab 1/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt 1 heaping tablespoon low-fat mayo ¼ tsp garlic powder 1 tbs old bay 1 tsp lemon juice 2-3 stalks of celery finely minced

Steps: 1.) Mix all ingredients together. Let chill at least one hour, best overnight. 2.) Serve over lettuce or in a low carb wrap.
