Share documents with others New documents you create are automatically saved in Drive. You can share the document directly from Drive or from the document itself. As the administrator of your G Suite account, you decide if you want your team to be able to share documents with people outside your organization, or just with people in your domain. You can also decide what kind of permissions you want them to have: view only, view and comment, or edit. You can also set expiration dates to stop sharing the document. Work with others on a document in real time When you create documents, Drive lets you share and collaborate with others on them in real time. As you make changes, you see other people’s changes, too. You only need one version of the document, and it includes everyone’s edits and comments. People can also make suggestions instead of edits, and you can accept or reject them. All the changes appear automatically. Find out how to work with others on Docs in real time.
