ANDHRA PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION:: HYDERABAD GROUP-II SERVICES RECRUITMENT, NOTIFICATION NO. 38/2008 & 11/2009 (GENERAL RECRUITMENT) SELECTION NOTIFICATION It is hereby notified that in continuation of Selection Notifications issued on 02/11/2012, 10/01/2013 & 30/01/2013 wherein two vacancies for PC-04 were unfilled have now been filled and these two candidates are provisionally selected for appointment to the shortfall vacancies of Executive posts. 1) that success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to his / her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service. 2) that the candidates are found physically fit for the post; 3) that the candidates should produce such other original certificates as may be required by the appointing authority in accordance with the Rules. 4) that the Provisional Selections are subject to outcome of the SLP(C) No.30781/2012 pending adjudication before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 5) that the Provisional Selections are subject to outcome of the O.A.No.513/2013 dt: 31/01/2013 and O.A.No.514/2013 dt: 31/01/2013 pending in APAT.
