NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT – PARENT TUTORIAL



New Student Online Enrollment allows you the convenience of initiating the enrollment process of your student from any computer, at any time. Already have a Family Access Account?

Log into your Family Access Account and select the New Student Enrollment Tab. Skip to step # 5 below

New to the District?

Start with step # 1.







1. Go to www.blaineschools.org, then click on the Our District menu along the top, Registration or click here.

2. On the New Student Enrollment: Account Request page, use the “Select Language” dropdown on the upper right to translate to a language other than English. Enter your First Name and Last Name. Click the box “I don’t have an email” and create a Username, for example, Jane.smith. Enter your Primary Phone Number and click “Click here to submit Account Request”



3. The following Account Request Confirmation will display. Click OK

4. The next screen will display your login and password. Please note the password at the bottom of the box.

5. The following screen will appear. Enter the login and password provided to gain access to the application form.



6. Fill in the Student Information. Use the “Select Language” dropdown on the upper right to translate to a language other than the defaulted language of English. Fields denoted with an * require input or application will not submit. 7. Fill in Family/Guardian Information. Please make sure that all addresses and phone numbers are correct. Fields denoted with an * require input or application will not submit. 8. Add additional Emergency Contacts. In the event that a parent/guardian cannot be reached, please list persons who could be contacted in case of an illness or an emergency. Only persons listed on this form can pick your child up from school in case you are unavailable. Fields denoted with an * require input or application will not submit. 9. Immunization Records, Birth Certificate, and Proof of Residency documents may be uploaded. You still need to bring these documents to your appointment with the School. 10. District Forms. The Blaine County School District has required several forms to be signed by parents and students. Please open each form and read it carefully. These forms require an e-signature which is the signer’s initials. By initialing these forms, you are agreeing to the terms within.

11. The steps may be reviewed and edited if need be.

Please note: Once submitted, the application is locked from editing. Changes may be made by the School Office staff. 12. Selecting “Submit Application to District” generates the following pop-up windows. The submitted application may be viewed and additional student applications may be completed on the Summary Page.
