Coulter has been appointed to serve as the firm’s general counsel, effective January 1, 2017. In this role, Coulter will assume primary responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s legal matters, including managing the firm’s loss prevention program, overseeing the resolution of ethics and conflicts issues, and advising firm management on various other legal matters. Prior to serving as the firm’s general counsel, Coulter represented and advised Snell & Wilmer clients on a wide range of areas, including discrimination, retaliation, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition/non-solicitation matters, employment contracts, and related common law and statutory claims. Additionally, Coulter’s litigation practice focused on the defense of commercial and legal malpractice claims.
