SNELL & WILMER ATTORNEY AARON D. FORD ELECTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PUBLIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION LAS VEGAS (September 25, 2015) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Aaron D. Ford, an attorney in the firm’s Las Vegas office, has been elected to the board of directors of The Public Education Foundation. He began serving his term on September 17. Ford joins 61 individuals who serve on the board, whose members serve staggered, two-year terms. The Public Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization, works to bring about transformational change in teaching, learning and education leadership. Established in 1991, its first order of business was to define possibilities and offer solutions to the challenges of educating a growing and diverse Southern Nevada population. Today, it works to develop and implement school improvement strategies, create model programs, leverage resources, award grants and scholarships, and improve the standing of public schools in our community, state and nation. At Snell & Wilmer, Ford’s practice is concentrated on complex commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution and products liability.

He is active in the community and serves on the boards of Olive Crest of Nevada, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and the “I Have a Dream” Foundation.
