SNELL & WILMER WELCOMES ATTORNEYS MARGARET FOLEY AND JENNIFER MCBEE TO THE LAS VEGAS OFFICE LAS VEGAS (September 6, 2016) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Margaret Foley and Jennifer McBee have recently joined the firm’s Las Vegas office. Foley focuses her practice in commercial litigation and has been a trial court and appellate litigator in a range of federal court and state court matters for more than a decade. She joins Snell & Wilmer from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. Foley currently serves as Chair of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Lawyer Representative Coordinating Committee and is a member of the American Inn of Court’s Howard D. McKibben Chapter. Foley also clerked for The Honorable Miriam Shearing and The Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. in humanities from the University of California, Berkeley.

Margaret Foley

McBee focuses her practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in the financial services industry. She has experience in bankruptcy work, including business reorganization and creditor's rights litigation, as well as insurance litigation and employment law. McBee has represented secured creditors as they recover their collateral and seek repayment from borrowers and guarantors. She has handled a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters in the federal and state courts. Prior to joining the firm, she was a solo practitioner. McBee was also a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Linda B. Riegle in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Nevada. She received her J.D. from UNLV, William S. Boyd School of Law and her B.A. from Baylor University. Jennifer McBee
