SNELL & WILMER’S DENVER OFFICE WELCOMES TWO NEW ATTORNEYS DENVER (January 12, 2017) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased the addition of two attorneys to the Denver office. Jeffrey K. Reeser has joined as a Partner and Adam A. Veltri has joined as Counsel; both attorneys are members of the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources practice group. Reeser has more than 24 years of experience as a senior executive and general counsel in both the natural resources and technology industries. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, he served as Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer for a Fortune 500 natural resources company, as well as represented various multinational companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and development and operations of mining and energy projects. He currently serves as outside General Counsel for various mid-tier energy and mining companies. Reeser earned his juris doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law. He is also a co-founder of Peak to Peak Public Charter School in the Boulder Valley School District.

Veltri comes to the firm with more than 25 years of experience in commercial transactions and corporate financing. A large part of his career has focused on the oil and gas industry. He has advised a variety of companies and investors on issues related to acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and operations. He has held senior management positions with two E&P companies, focusing on oil and gas purchase and sale agreements, title examination, joint ventures, exploration and development agreements, joint operating agreements, participation agreements, and credit agreements.
