He is a professor in materials science and engineering, Chungnam National University, Republic of Korea. His current research interests are thin film capacitor, Energy harvesting using thin film thermoelectric and piezoelectric, Perovskite Solar Cells, In situ graphene growth at 150oC via CVD, Antibacterial activity using Al-doped ZnO films, Thin film transistor, etc. ○ Selected publications.
