RESERVATION POLICY Every reservation needs to be guaranteed. A reservation (or the service payment) guarantee can be covered by the Client through payment in advance or by supplying their company’s credit card, or the guest’s credit card, for whom the Client is making the reservation. If the Client has not provided any of the above mentioned ways of a reservation or service guarantee, the Client accepts to settle the potential debt in case the guest does not arrive or in case the guest has not covered what they owe.

PAYMENT:

The prices are shown in Euros, while the payment is made in the equivalent value in dinars, according to the NBS average exchange rate, valid upon the guest’s arrival date. In case the Client commits to pay the costs for the services used by the guests for whom the Client had made the reservation, the Hotel will provide the Client with the invoice, consistent with the Hotel prices. The Client’s guests can make their payments in cash, by bank transfer, or using valid credit cards which the Hotel accepts, such as VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For using the additional services (restaurant services, mini bar, telephone, laundry, room service etc.), which are not included in this Agreement, the Client’s guests are liable to make payments at the reception desk, prior to check-out, except in cases where the Client had previously informed the Hotel that they would cover the guest’s additional expenses.
